• You agree to use VerifyASAP only for legal purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our services.

2. Services Provided

VerifyASAP offers digital tools including (but not limited to):

• SMS verifications
• Airtime & data purchases
• Bill payments (electricity, TV, etc.)
• Proxy services
• Social media engagement tools

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe.
• Any activity done with your account is your responsibility.
• Contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Wallet

• You can fund your wallet via Paystack, virtual accounts, or cryptocurrency.
• All transactions are final once processed, unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are only made when services fail due to issues on our side.

5. Limitations of Liability

• VerifyASAP will not be responsible for losses caused by misuse, third-party services, or issues outside our control (such as network providers).
• We provide services “as is” and cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

• Disputes will be handled in good faith, and where necessary, under Nigerian law.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of VerifyASAP means you accept any updated terms.
